About James F. Haase, Owner
Haase was awarded the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1996 by the Educational Institute.
James Haase has been in the Commercial Property Management industry for over 21 years. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel / Restaurant Management. Haase's experience includes General Manager of Hotel and Resorts in New York City, Dallas, Texas, Orlando, Florida and St. Augustine, Florida. In addition to managing the hotel in Dallas, provided regional support for joint ventures and franchised Travelodge hotels within Texas and Louisiana, he also was Regional Manager for 5 hotels within the region.
Haase was awarded the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1996 by the Educational Institute. Haase was the 1996 President-elect of the Hotel Motel Association of St. Johns County and was on the Board of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and 1997. During this same period of time, he was also on the Board of the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council (TDC).
About Robert H. Powell, Property Manager / Sales Associate
Robert Powell grew up in a real estate family whose parents were both Brokers and his Dad was an owner of a property management company in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert obtained an early feel for real estate growing up and had a great desire to pursue this business and be the best he can be taking all of people’s best interest to heart.
Robert is a Seasoned Professional with over 27 years of experience in the real estate market and management, winning many top associate awards and building a special rapport with all the people he deals with.
Robert excels in public relations and procedures administration with excellent communication and organizational skills and takes following up with Clients and Tenants very personal and important. Robert is very dedicated to his job and seeing that all parties are treated fairly and honestly with the upmost integrity. Robert is very diligent in handling any issues that may arise and sees the project all the way through from start to finish with constant contact and follow up with all Tenants and Property Owners along the way.

Linda Mussallem has a vast range of experience in the Real Estate field. About Shari West, Broker Associate
Shari West discovered her passion for business at an early age; growing up with her Father, a masonry contractor and Mother, a real estate agent and investor, while handling the finances and accounting for her parents’ businesses.
After high school, Shari West attended Wichita State University for Business. Shari joined the U.S. Air Force; stationed in Plattsburg NY, serving as a member of the Sac Decontamination team. From there she attended Eastern New Mexico University for Business/Accounting and attended business and accounting classes at the University of North Florida and has held a Real Estate Sales and Broker’s license in Florida for over 20 years.
She brings to North Shore Property Management extensive hands on business knowledge through life long experience in accounting, finance, real estate, property management, construction, consulting and leadership.

Bill Lowe grew up in South Florida. After graduating from Hialeah High School he attended the University of Florida and graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree. Bill began his real estate career working for his father-in-law at Herlong Realty in Miami Springs Florida. After moving to Chattanooga Tennessee, Bill owned and operated a Snap-On Tools Business. After raising two sons and one daughter the Lowe's moved back to Florida and are now residing in St Augustine Beach.
